Duy is a first-year student from Vietnam majoring in Engineering Physics at Tulane University, with an interest in minoring in Electrical Engineering. He joined the Escarra Group in Fall 2026 and is interested in nanophotonics and its applications in engineering and biomedical research, with current research interests in developing nanophotonic approaches for precisely controlling optical stimulation in neural systems. Outside of academics, he enjoys fishing, soccer, and exploring automotive engineering, particularly high-performance cars.
