Professor Matthew Escarra has been awarded the National Science Foundation (NSF) CAREER award, providing $520,000 over five years in support of his early career research and education vision. The award will support the group’s investigation of tunable and low-loss Huygens metasurfaces composed of nanoantenna arrays. The award is funded by NSF’s Division of Materials Research, through the Electronic and Photonic Materials program.
